About us
Kilwinning Free Church is a congregation co-joined with Ayr Free Church, serving both North and South Ayrshire. We have been active since 1845 and now have our morning service in the Playz, Pennyburn at 11am each Sunday, with a "children's church"during the service. All are welcome to join us as we worship God together and learn more about Him.
Who's who
Benj has been our Interim Moderator since Sept 2021 and is minister of Covenant Church, Newmilns. Prior to becoming a minister he was an electronic engineer then later worked at St Mary's Church, Chaddesden. He went on to study at Oak Hill Theological and Edinburgh Theological Seminary. Benj is married to Joanna and they have five children.
